Refund and Cancellation Policy

The Free Site Check

There is no charge for the Site Check and no obligation.

The Start Payment ($499.50)

We tell you by email on the day design work begins. Here is how refunds work:

• Before design work begins: we refund the whole start payment.
• After design work begins and before we share your first preview: we refund half of the start payment ($249.75).
• After we share your first preview: the start payment is not refundable, because the design work is done.

If we cannot deliver the site described in your Scope, we refund the part of your payments that covers work we did not deliver.

The Launch Payment ($499.50)

The second payment is due when you approve the launch, before your site goes live.

• If you cancel before your site goes live, we refund the launch payment in full. Ownership of the custom design and code stays with UDUE, as the Terms explain.
• Once your site is live, the launch payment is not refundable.

Monthly Plans

• Plans are month to month. You may cancel any time by emailing admin@udue.com. There is no cancellation fee.
• Your plan ends at the end of the month you have already paid for. We confirm your end date in writing. We do not refund part of a month.
• Your first month after launch is included at no charge.
• Before your end date, we give you your site files and help move your domain, as the Terms explain.

Annual Plans

Annual billing is ten months of the monthly price for twelve months, paid in advance: $500 for Care, $990 for Care Plus, or $1,990 for Full Service. To pay yearly, email us and we send you a PayPal payment for that amount. A year paid in advance does not renew on its own.

If you cancel during the year, we refund what you paid, minus the regular monthly price for each month that has started. For example, if you pay $500 for Care and cancel in the third month, we keep $150 (three months at $50) and refund $350.

Extra Changes and Quoted Work

Extra changes ($5 each) are billed as they are used. If you cancel a quoted project before we start, we refund what you paid for it. If we have started, we refund what is left after the work done.

Domain Registration and Renewal Fees

We show you the fee before we buy a domain, so you can say yes or no. Once we have paid the registrar, the fee is not refundable. The same is true for renewals.

Other Fees Paid to Others

Fees we pay to other companies for your project, such as giving or email providers and paid images or fonts, are not refundable once paid.

Our 72-hour and 48-hour times describe how quickly we normally respond.

How Refunds Are Paid

We refund to the PayPal account or card you paid with, and we aim to do so within 10 business days after we agree on the amount.
